If you must use it with a protective case, the case thickness should not exceed 0.47 inches. 3.When you clip it on the left side, the e-reader will turn pages forward. When you clip it on the right side, the e-reader will turn pages backward. So to avoid turning pages forward, you should clip it on the right side.
